Use this registration form if you “reside” within the Village corporation limits and are 18 years of age or older. If you are unsure of the Village corporation limits, please contact Village Hall for assistance. If you are a tenant, you are “living” here. All residents are required to meet filing requirements. If you are exempt from filing, please file the registration for record purpose only. An “Individual Declaration of Exemption” form can be obtained in the Income Tax Return section.
Use this registration form if you “own” property within the Village corporation limits and are 18 years of age or older. If you are unsure of the Village corporation limits, please contact Village Hall for assistance. If you purchase the property with the intent to “resell” and the property remains vacant, please file the registration for record purpose only and indicate such on the form.
All businesses (local and non-local) are required to fill out the registration form if business will be conducted within the Village corporation limits.
The form will allow the Village to properly set up your withholding and / or net profit account for filing. For further information concerning your responsibility as a business operating in the Village or withholding for the Village, please review the tax ordinance.
