MYCAP is providing financial assistance to eligible utility customers with delinquent utility bills.
Hard copy applications will be available at the Sebring Police Department on top of the utility payment drop box (24/7 access) for anyone wanting a hard copy.
Please do not send any applications to Sebring Village Hall/Utility Department. All applications and questions should be directed to MYCAP to ensure proper and timely processing of your application.
