The Village of Sebring is seeking qualified candidates for a Village Manager. Sebring operates as a Council/Manager charter form of government and the Manager is responsible for all departments.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Public Administration or a related field, and five years of experience in public administration or municipal management. The Village Charter requires the Manager to reside within a fifteen-mile radius of the Village throughout employment.
