The Village of Sebring Council has waived fees for zoning permits since the beginning of 2024. This was to aid in property cleanup and to send a positive message throughout the village. We have issued more than double the permits from previous years. Although permits are still required, if an explanation is needed to understand why, please feel free to call Village Hall. Thank you
